so today i want talk about cars and loans. Let's start it :D

If i want to buy a car what i should use? credit cards? installment? or loan? those three are a good choice. i will explain an issue and how to solve it.
You dream to buy a car but you dont have much money to buy it. 
If your income are 5.000.000 IDR, what you should choose to buy the car?
you should calculate your net income in one year :
12 x 5.000.000 IDR = 60.000.000 IDR
Then you Calculate 20% of your annual net income to find your safe debt load:
60.000.000 IDR x 20% = 12.000.000 IDR  
So, you should never have more than 12.000.000 of debt outstanding to buy a car.

If the car price is 200.000.000 IDR, you should choose installment to buy that car.

Hello guys.. we meet again...
today i wanna tell you my experience...hehe....

So.. one week ago i do a presentation about pempek store... i'm very excited to make this presentation. i use prezi to make my beautiful presentation, because the slide effect is stunning. this makes my presentation going well. :D

My friend (yoshinta) help me to make the word, so my classmates and teachers know what i want to tell them. yoshinta and i talk like we understand about the slide, so it's make us feel confident. this experience makes me feel confident and not afraid to talk in public. So thank you to my teacher to teach us not in theory but practice too....

Today i have assignment that is to solve the problem. The problem is "Ana Gonzalez is considering a loan to finance her collage education. She currently owes money on several charge accounts and credit cards. What action would you recommend?

from me, first you should borrow money with your parents or your neighbor. Then work off her debt in installments. prioritized right on charge accounts and credit cards. But do not forget to pay the loan from your lender. do not waste the money too much when you are in this situasion, cause if you waste it, you are in trouble.

Anyway... i want to share about " buying a house "

talking about house.... how we buy a house?? is it depend? credit? or buy with cash?
it is hard decision that you want to choose.... so i will give you a tips to buy a house......

House is very important.... why?? without it, maybe you can't have your privacy and place to live.So... let me give you few tips to buy a house

1. see your budget : when you want to buy a house you must see your budget is it capable to buy a house or not. if its not maybe you should try to buy with credit. but this one is serious problem, if you can't pay off the credit maybe you should say goodbye to your house because you can't afford to pay the credit.

2. Search for a home. Your first step here is to figure out what city or neighborhood you want to live in. Look for signs of economic vitality: a mixture of young families and older couples, low unemployment and good incomes.Pay special attention to districts with good schools, even if you don't have school-age children. When it comes time to sell, you'll find that a strong school system is a major advantage in helping your home retain or gain value.

3. Start thinking what are you looking for in the house: this is very important, What will you and your family need in several years?Maybe you're just a couple or single right now, but are there are plans for kids in the future? A home that snugly fit two people could be torturous for three or four. And
What trade offs are you willing to make? In other words, what are your priorities?  Do you care more about a safe neighborhood and good schools over a big backyard? Do you need a big, workable kitchen more than a big luxurious bedroom?

4. Make a deal : if you get your dream home try to make an offer by asking the price. Do an offer for a market price. Review it carefully. It will include things like the cost of title insurance that protects you.

Let's we start
today we will talk about advertisement... if we have a company who sell product that is hot air body drier (instead of towels for use after a bath or shower), how we advertise that product ?

So we use media advertising that is national tv to sell that product. we take day advertise that cost £ 20.000/minute for 1.30 minutes. we take national daily newspapers that cost £10.000 for half page, why? because we think many people are lazy to read newspaper so we take half page. Next we take national monthly glossy magazines that cost £40.000 for full pages and poster that cost £200.000, why? because we think consumer like a page that have color and creative theme. We take another advertisement that is publicity event, so in that event we use national actress to sell our product on public, it cost £200.000.Thats all advertisement that we use to sell our product, we try our best to expenses the budget so low. The conclusion is advertising is very important to sell some product, so people know what is the fuction of that product is it useful or useless.

Living On Your Own
Let's talk about it... My english teacher ask their student if you living on your own, how you manage yourself to survive. This one is challenge me because i don't have an experience live by myself.
So i will answer it using my imajinary.

If i live alone, this one is a horror word one, because your parents not cooking your food,clean your room or your laundy, and many more. but the positive is live alone is a process to being adult.
So what will i do if i live by my self?
- first i will find a place to live maybe a cheap apartment that have bathroom in the room so you have your privacy, kitchen, living room and etc. if i don't get the apartment maybe i live with my aunt for a while. If you stay for a long time with your own is not the good idea because you will annoy them.
- your parents may give you money but sometimes the money will be decrease because you buy food,stuff,rent and etc. to reduce all the burden, you will find part time job to get pocket money.
- this one is very important, manage time , why? because you have many things that you should do if you live alone like wash your laundy, clean your own room, do your homework, part time job (option), and many more. to do all the things i will make a to do list. you can find how i make to do list in this blog.

today i want share about my art of budgeting... if we talk about budgeting, we talk about money.
money, its an important thing in this life. Without it, you can't buy something that you want.If we want to buy it we should save our money. if you ask me how i manage my budget? i will give you the answer.
Usually i make my own list what i should buy first by using priority. my first priority is food and beverage,why? because if we don't buy a stuff,maybe we can still alive, but if we don't buy a food maybe we will starve.then my second priority is useful items like stationary,toiletries and etc. when we can buy all kind of stuff we should know the price right??. If it's too expensive maybe we should think more to buy it. but the reality is we don't have money to buy an expensive stuff lol. If you want to reduce expenses don't buy unnecessary stuff. that's all for today... thank you for reading my blog..

1. Make to do list : this one is very helpful for people who want their tasks become a regular and timely. the important thing make a to do list is a priority. the most important tasks at the top, and the least important tasks at the bottom.

2. Manage the time : After you make to do list you should know when you want to begin and end the task,The more time you take to make written lists of everything you have to do, in advance, the more effective and efficient you will be.

3. Use your priority skill : this one is very important, if you didn't use this skill your task will be chaotic and disorganized.

Did u know management is very important in this life? and why? . Without management you can't do anything with efficient and effective. i will give you an example, when u wake up what will you do first.... take a bath?.breakfast?,do exercise?,or else. when u want to choose the thing you should do first, its called management. from this share you should never think management is a degree in university but management is an abilities that person have to control,to manage,to plan, to organise, to command something to achieve a goal or target.
